The current sponsor receives the primary public signal and 90 protected days from activation. Successor requests open only after those 90 days. You remain current until an approved successor activates; each successor gets a fresh protected period. A later approved sponsor may succeed it only at exactly twice the recorded price. The displaced sponsor receives no refund, payout, royalty, or resale proceeds, but moves into public sponsor history for the platform’s operating life, subject to the legal and content policies.
